Job description

Brooklyn Bedding in store Showroom professionals serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and wants and presenting respective product solutions. Our sales team conveys the compelling case to choose Brooklyn Bedding mattresses manufactured in Phoenix. One of the most visible roles for the company, in store sales professionals are ambassadors guiding customers through a first-hand experience of our brand and products.

Responsibilities:

● Highly knowledgeable of all products in Showroom and online

● Engages customers, answers questions and accurately assess needs by asking leading questions. Sets customer expectations regarding the mattress replacement process.

● Create and maintain positive, long term customer sales relationships

● Achievement of personal and store monthly sales goals

● Entrepreneurial spirit, maintaining the showroom for cleanliness and neatness to ensure an exceptional experience for all customers

● Inputs and maintains accurate customer information

● Plan/organize, manage and attend showroom events. Lead presentations or training sessions as needed. Ability to work weekend and evening hours

● Develop relationships with local industry or trade groups

● Has a working knowledge of mattress competitors, keeps an updated awareness of competitive products

● Willingness to travel to other showrooms for coverage if needed

● Responsible for taking the appropriate action and contacting those required to resolve showroom concerns. (i.e., product repair, electrical issues, plumbing needs, etc.)

● Meets company safety requirements by following all company safety policies and procedures, and reporting any safety concerns

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
