Job Description

K&S Management and Supply is a full service commercial management company responsible for 5 million sq/ft, located in the Tyson’s Corner area of Northern Virginia. K&S is seeking a self-driven professional to market our services to commercial building managers that include office buildings, schools and churches. We are seeking an account manager to develop janitorial relationships in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

What we expect:

• Deliver timely and outstanding customer service to existing customer base
• Develop new leads and pursue existing contract opportunities
• Assist with new ideas to build a positive relationship with new and existing clients
• Play a role in resolving client concerns and issues
• Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Word and Excel
• A proven track record of sales experience and customer service with supportive references

Additional requirements Duties include the ability to meet and provide marketing materials to prospective clients as well as conducting presentations to interested parties

• Passion to learn and promote our business
• For a full time position, work hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
• Part time positions are also available.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
