Currently located in North Ridgeville Ohio, Metal Marker hosts a young management team that is hungry for growth and new opportunities. We offer a wide range of custom identification products from metal tags to decals & labels and everything in between. Metal Marker has been in business since 1923 and has significant plans for growth far into the future.

Responsibility:

· Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings

· Support and grow inbound web generated quotes with Inside Sales Team

· Proficient with prospecting new customers through email campaigns and phone cold calling techniques to drive revenue growth

· Comfortable with inside sales approach with occasional face-face customer meetings to close business

· Schedule appointments with new or existing customers to review products and services

· Plan and conduct sales presentations and quotes to customers with scheduled follow-up calls

· The AM is the liaison between the company and key customers by providing vital information as to new products, services, pricing and or customer orders

· Manage outreach program with new company opportunities through new targeted accounts or significant new business from existing customers

· Work with customers on the explanation of different product offerings and benefits, lead-times and pricing

· Maintain a professional attitude and represent Metal Marker in a positive manor

· Attend and represent the company as required at trade shows or events

· Arrange calls between the company and customers monitoring them to make sure both parties concerns are addressed

· Enter customer information into the company CRM system as required after each sales call or relevant phone call with the customer

· Follow-up quotes with a target customer within 1 business days of receipt

· Follow up on trade show or business card information within one week of receipt

· Develop strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders

· Prospect new opportunities and manage a consistent pipeline

· Ability to build Sales relationships and network

· Manage our brand messaging both analytically and creatively through propriety marketing strategies
