Full description of the position

The primary focus of Dillard’s sales associates is customer satisfaction. This includes activities like helping customers locate merchandise, addressing their concerns and escalating them as needed, and informing them of upcoming promotions. In addition, you will be expected to keep your work area clean and well-organized during downtime as well. The primary job responsibilities of sales associates at Dillard’s include:

• Working the cash register and making correct change
• Processing returns while adhering to store policy
• Helping customers with a variety of concerns
• Putting away merchandise and restocking as needed
• Informing customers of active and upcoming promotions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
