Thrive Chicago is an Authorized Dealer for Just Energy inside national retailers. At our firm, we ensure our clients' are aware of their clean energy options, with no interruptions to their service or contracts.

Sales representatives take time to build customers in order to understand their true needs. Join us, and you will help each client choose the correct supplier with the best rate and benefits for them and their household.

Responsibilities

• Use your knowledge of services, suppliers, and competitors to assist clients in finding a supplier that meets their needs.
• Practices suggestive selling, offering related items and accessories, driving single-unit sales.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of store products and services and uses this knowledge to build sales and enhance the level of customer service provided.
• Using professional sales concepts, such as greeting, building rapport, determining customer’s needs, presenting products, emphasizing features and benefits, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, excellent customer service, and follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
