Contractors State License Schools, the #1 Contractors Exam Prep School in California, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our San Diego, CA office.

Job Details:

· First point of contact to interested customers inquiring about our educational programs and services in-person or over the phone. (No cold calling required).

· Will be responsible for knowledge of all our products and services to better serve and assist our customers.

· Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals and processing payments.

· Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum call volumes, and closing ratios.

· Will be responsible for follow-up with leads and return any necessary calls.

· Must have excellent oral communication and best practices in customer services when interacting with our customers.

· Must be comfortable greeting customers, creating rapport, and closing sales.

Requirements:

· Education: Must have a high school diploma

· Customer Service: 2 years

· Sales Experience: 2 years

· Spanish: (Preferred)

· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday| 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Friday|8:30 am – 5:00 pm Hours varies depending on the school location. Please check w/sales management team for each location ad. Closed on the weekends.

Pay Rate: $40,000 per year + monthly sales commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
