One of the leading "on your site" home builders in Washington and Oregon is seeking a Home Sales Consultant [please apply online] Help make dreams come true by assisting potential home buyers through the buying process, floor plan selection, finish selections, financial arrangements, and closings. This position will be responsible for model home tours, follow up, event marketing, home shows, Real Estate Agent outreach, customer service, and more! A Real Estate Agents license is not required.

Benefits available first of the month after 60 days. Job is commission with a small base of $2729/monthly for the first 18 months, with option to go commission only sooner. Commissions typically range from $40,000 to $150,000 or MORE annually.

The ideal employee will have commission sales experience, construction related background, customer service experience, and computer experience.

Rotating model home office days are Monday - Saturday, with model closed on Sundays.
