Full description of the position

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for luxury automobiles? Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team!

As a member of our sales force, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, providing unparalleled customer service and building lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance on our luxury vehicle offerings.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills to create a positive and memorable experience for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Employ effective personal marketing techniques through phone, social media, email, and text outbound attempts to reach potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Expectations: 50 outbound calls, text emails per day.
  • Maintaining and developing existing and former customers to return to the dealership, through outbound marketing and soliciting.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our Mercedes vehicles.
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the dealership.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other departments to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with a strong focus on luxury vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficient in personal marketing techniques through phone, social media, email, and text, with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including luxury vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the prestigious Mercedes brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
