Job Description: Sales Representative - Commission-Based Salary

Position: Sales Representative Salary: Commission-Based with Salary Range of $6,000 - $9,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, cultivate existing customer relationships, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively present and communicate their benefits to potential customers.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and other creative approaches.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of our products and services to potential clients.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability for the company.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth and revenue.

Time Management: Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize productivity during the designated working hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, six days a week.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and priorities to achieve individual and team sales objectives.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required to be eligible for the work van provided by the company.

Physical fitness and ability to handle equipment related to the job.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with an average monthly income potential of $8,000 for a high-performing Sales Representative. Additionally, you will receive a base salary ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 per month, depending on your experience and performance.

Bonuses: We believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
