Hillsborough CDJR is looking for a Car Sales Executive: New state of the art facility opening this fall.

Hillsborough CDJR is the leading car dealership in Hillsborough, NC and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn about the automotive industry and eager to develop their own career path.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss their needs, requirements, and expectations.
• Provide customers with information about our vehicles, financing, and training.
• Greet customers as they enter our dealership and provide a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
• Participate in weekly sales team meetings to review performance and discuss problems or trends in the dealership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to build rapport with clients by listening carefully, explaining clearly, and being empathetic.
• Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized.
• Ability to work well under pressure while also making quick decisions quickly.

Experience working at Hillsborough CDJR is equivalent to having worked at a large retail store, car dealership, or service center. At Hillsborough CDJR, you will experience an upbeat working environment with a variety of challenging tasks to perform every day. You will also be working with leading edge technology at our new location coming this fall, located in Hillsborough, NC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,196.00 - $78,635.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
• Automotive Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
