Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in customers to assess inventory, demonstrate vehicle features, facilitate test drives, and assist with necessary paperwork.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and texting in a professional manner
• Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Persuade and overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Hit sales quotas
