Job Summary

This private apartment association was founded over 40 years ago and has become one of the US's largest individually organized groups of apartment owners. We provide full-service, low-cost resources to our members.

Our Van Nuys corporate office is looking for a person with good people skills with property management experience to fill our Membership Advisor opening. Excellent customer service skills are required to assist members with answering general landlord/tenant questions and responding to online chat and email questions. Computer knowledge is an essential function of our day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as navigating websites, sending weekly emails for webinars, managing email correspondence, and data entry. The ideal candidate will also have experience with managing email and event management software.

Qualification Criteria:

• Property Management experience preferred
• Type a minimum of 25 words a minute
• Good phone manners are needed, as most of your time will be spent on the phone and the computer simultaneously
• Excellent computer knowledge is necessary, as every function of the job relies on the computer and various software
• Positive personality
• Pass drug test

Schedule:

• Ful-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm,
