What you will do
The Source Tagging Account Manager is a customer-focused, sales role responsible for an assigned book of business and will advise customers and position high-theft product assortments with EAS security tagging occurring at the point of manufacturer. You will be responsible for a single customer or multi-customer source tagging book of business, consisting primarily of Tier 1/2/3 customers. The majority, if not all, customer interactions are focused on merchandise protection optimization, will include transactional, tactical, and strategic activities, and are expected to take place via regular face-to-face meetings (in person and/or video) and with regular communication via phone and email.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to make real-time decisions to identify, diagnose and resolve customer issues on all fronts. They will require high-level organization skills, the ability to handle multiple accounts and engage with multiple management levels within the organization (internally and externally). The role will require strong customer-facing communication, teamwork, and business development skills.
How you will do it
Identify , pursue , and close new source tagging opportunities, grow the business. Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue retention targets are achieved
Own, cultivate , and develop the relationship with assigned customer s
Present source tagging program to customers, vendors , merchants, OEMs, and resellers
Plan, direct, oversee and/or conduct in-store merchandise protection audits . Monitor program participation, a nalyze key program data , and deliver program dashboar d reports
Create, articulate , and deliver Sensormatic value propositions to assigned customer
Manage contractual compliance, renewals, amendments , and negotiation of pricing and terms
Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.
What we look for
Required Experience:
Professional customer - facing r etail experience working with l oss prevention, operations , and merchandising customer organizations
Advanced level communicat or comfortable working with all levels (internally and externally)
3-5 years of sales, business development , and account/ portfolio management experience
P roven sales and service abi l ity with high-level corporate contacts
Contract management
Skills:
Proficient in customer relationship management, business development, revenue growth, revenue retention, contract management , and value creation for key customer accounts
Entrepreneurial attitude, agile, creative , and solutions-focused leadership style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a matrix organization
Strong attention to detail, organized, focused on maintaining a high degree of productivity , efficiency , and accuracy
Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office product suite
Education:
F our year degree in Business, Marketin g, or technical field preferred
