Position: Enrollment Specialist

Job Description:

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students for 160 Driving Academy programs. The Enrollment Specialist will work with the Program Director and the Executive Director to develop and implement a successful recruitment and enrollment process that maximizes 160 Driving Academy’s capacity to serve the underserved youth population. The Enrollment Specialist will work closely with the Program Director and the Executive Director to ensure that all requirements of 160 Driving Academy are met.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a recruitment process that maximizes 160 Driving Academy’s capacity to serve the underserved youth population.
• Work with the Program Director and Executive Director to develop and implement a successful recruitment and enrollment process that maximizes 160 Driving Academy’s capacity to serve the underserved youth population.
• Conduct outreach events such as door knocks, door-to-door, community events, etc. to recruit students.
• Ensure all students are in attendance at all intake sessions.
• Ensure all enrollment forms are completed accurately by all staff members.
• Ensure all students enrolled in 160 Driving Academy programs are enrolled in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relations with staff at assigned locations.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in recruiting or enrollment process preferred.
• Experience working with school districts, nonprofit organizations, or other groups preferred.
• Ability to work with a team to accomplish desired tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
