Fast Specialties, LLC, dba, Fast Partitions, seeks a seasoned Outbound Call Center Representative to join our growing team. We seek highly motivated individuals ready to join a dynamic sales team revolutionizing an industry. We sell commercial washroom solutions (Division 10) online, using our website and online ordering system.

Fast Partitions is an online leader for purchasing commercial washroom solutions using our Pro Builder website. If you love consulting and calling inbound sales leads selling to businesses and understand the value of using the best technology, we look forward to speaking with you!

We are NOT a telemarketing company, and DO NOT MAKE COLD CALLS. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing customer quotes generated online, making outbound calls to customers, and transferring those calls to the inside sales team. The role is an "in-office" (not virtual) position.

Pay is $17.00/hourly PLUS commission.

Responsibilities include:

• Following up on inbound leads by making outbound sales calls
• Responding to incoming calls
• Ensure a positive, high quality customer experience through all interactions
• Articulate FP’s value proposition

Skills and Experience:

• Experience using a CRM
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Sales experience in a call center/inside sales center setting
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding daily call volume objectives and stated sales goals
• Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent attendance
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
