Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Essential Functions:

• Provide information and assistance to customers in the store by answering questions and solving problems.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and determine appropriate solutions.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and guidance to customers
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have prior experience working in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
