Job Title: Regional Membership Sales Manager

Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Membership Sales position at Anytime Fitness requires a highly motivated and dedicated individual who will serve as the membership sales expert for the Regional Managers. The primary responsibility
of this role is to ensure the growth of memberships for Blue Star Investments.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations:

  • Understanding, analyzing, and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure clubs meet sales goals.
  • Conducting seminars in different regions to provide guidance on running a high-quality sales process that yields successful outcomes.
  • Facilitating roleplays to enhance the effectiveness of sales techniques.
  • Coaching and training a high-level group of managers to provide expert advice to clubs as needed.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new managers.
  • Assisting in staffing needs for the company as required.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of profit and loss (P&L) statements and using financial data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Traveling to fulfill job responsibilities, including attending meetings, conferences, and providing support to "turn around" clubs.
  • Organizing and coordinating in-club events to boost sales and engage members.
  • Representing Blue Star in a positive manner while collaborating with clubs and staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in multi-unit leadership
  • A strong background in sales
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to deliver engaging seminars and provide constructive feedback to the field team.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, including profit and loss statements, to make informed decisions.
  • The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt toa. Fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for fitness and a dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Travel Demands:

50% - 70% annually or as needed in new and existing markets.

Physical Demands:

Position:

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

Evenings and Saturdays may be required based on the needs of the club.

Flexible scheduling arrangements may be available upon request.
