Sales Representative
RentalWorks is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Representative for our Nashville, Tennessee branch. The ideal candidate will embody integrity, honesty, demonstrate a strong sense of commitment to their responsibilities, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Base salary plus commission, vehicle plan, technology plan, benefits package

Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer’s experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Grow our revenue and customer base.
• Understand machine applications and be able to provide customized solutions.
• Demonstrate good financial and mathematical acumen.
• Proactively plan and execute sales calls and meetings, maintaining a high rate of daily interactions.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, and be an active listener.
• Embrace daily challenges and enjoy a team environment.
• Incorporate a strong follow up procedure with customers and co-workers.
• Plan and participate in customer meals, outings, and industry events.

Sales Representative Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven record of success in growing rental revenue and client base.
• 5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Possess mechanical aptitude.
• Exhibit proficiency in computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.
