Candidate requirements:

• Sales experience: 6 months - 1 year (Preferred)
• Hard working goal-oriented personality
• Prior manufactured home sales experience a BIG PLUS
• Excellent communication and follow up skills are essential
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to be part of a great team environment
• A commitment to excellent customer service

Responsibilities are as follows:

Meet and greet customer on the lot, maintain customer files, follow up with internet leads and phones calls, and guiding your customers through their home buying process until they are in their new modular or manufactured home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
