The Supervisor, Sales Support position will supervise the day to day functions of the Inside Sales Team including the Sales Support Specialist (SSS Reps). They will train, develop, and coach the SSS Reps to ensure sales targets are met/exceeded, the customer experience is consistent and reflect our company values, and serve as the first level of escalation for the Inside Sales Team. In addition, the Supervisor is a part of the LL Inside Sales Leadership Team and will provide input into the overall strategy for the Inside Sales Organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching for SSS Reps to ensure they are proficient and knowledgeable in company policies, procedures, and values.
- Responsible for holding the SSS Reps accountable to their sales targets, sales processes, and providing the highest level of customer service.
- Monitor workload and call volume activity on a daily basis to ensure service levels are followed and achieved in line with departmental and company goals and standards.
- Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to provide updates, acquire feedback, and promote collaboration between the SSS Reps.
- Create work schedules and perform administrative tasks including but not limited to, maintenance of schedule adherence records, time off requests, schedule changes as needed to manage productivity, performance standards and payroll costs.
- Handle escalated complaints, questions and calls from customers.
- Identify areas of opportunities for process improvement.
- Document and communicate specific trends in team performance, customer, legal or product issues to the Manager.
- Actively participate in weekly management meetings to provide and receive feedback or updates.
- Proactively assist others.
- Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support multiple shifts over a 7-day schedule
- Ability to solve problems and apply creative and timely solutions.

Education:
- High school diploma, required
- 3-5 years of related inside sales or tele sales organization
- Previous experience supervising sales associates
- Ability to drive sales through the actions of others
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM Software
- SAP, preferred
