[please apply online] As a Sales Support Specialist (Salesforce Administrator), you will be responsible for coordination and assistance of proposals for the overhaul, repair, and testing services of Curtiss Wright and OEM alliance aftermarket equipment, support for the BD team in scheduling, preparing for, and executing client visits and tradeshows, as well as supporting Salesforce as an administrator. You should be well versed in all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. The potential candidate should understand both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Your Challenge:
  • Assists with proposal and contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.
  • Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, and reports data to support proactive proposal development.
  • Works hand in hand with Business Development team to achieve proactive growth strategies.
  • Becomes an integral part of a team that strives for continuous improvement by encouraging, initiating and/or executing improvement ideas.
  • All aspects of Salesforce user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
  • Sandbox environment management.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • User support tickets.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption.
  • Working with integrated applications including DocuSign and Mailchimp .
Your Expertise:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Effective time management practices.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Degree (preferably in a technical field), or minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role or capacity.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
  • Perform any and all other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
  • Assist with and support the various projects and initiatives within the Business Development team.
