We are seeking an Interior Design / Sales Specialist to join the QW team! At QW, your primary role will be to utilize your design talent to help customers find the perfect furniture for their home. Other responsibilities may include sales support projects, decorating the furniture on the sales floor and assisting with website development. A top-notch sales and marketing team is of utmost importance and you will be encouraged to utilize your creative energy and talent. We are a local, family owned company looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill this exciting role. Retail sales experience and/or design experience is preferred. Associate level education or higher is required.

QW Furniture specializes in upper end hand crafted furniture with lots of customization capability. We feel our merchandising creates an ideal environment for sales people and marketers to thrive! We provide all the training and support needed to set up everyone on our team for success.

Responsibilities:

• Showroom Sales
• Interior Design
• Phone / Webchat Sales & Customer Support
• Maintain sales tools and records
• Assist in website development/design
• Assist in showroom design layout

Qualifications:

• Interior Design Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers and technology
• Sales experience helpful
• Associate level education required

Schedule:

• Full time preferred (40 hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
