LANCE CUNNINGHAM FORD is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Business Development / Internet Employee to join our highly talented team.

We are one of the area's most successful auto dealers, and we need your personality and service expertise to help us provide our customers with the best possible automobile-repairing/buying experience.

The SBDE/ INTERNET is responsible for developing, executing and managing the dealership's Service Business Development Plan. Your job is to get the service department to perform at its peak level by controlling, motivating, and coaching customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, internet leads, and walk-in traffic using performance standards and metrics. Using the dealership's tools, you will help our store reach and surpass its monthly goals.

The ideal SBDE / INTERNET EMPLOYEE will be a people-person, energetic and professional, with a strong desire to succeed. An understanding of the automotive service industry and lead sources is a PLUS!!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage follow-up processes for all three major traffic sources: inbound calls, internet leads, and walk-in traffic

• Oversee operations of our CRM lead management tool

• Manage all service internet lead source activity

• Monitor dealership's pricing strategy

• Track and monitor departmental activities, results, and performance
