Weelborg Chevrolet in Glencoe, MN is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales and Finance and Insurance Manager. The manager will work in a fast paced environment where we strive for excellence in creating a great customer experience.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for helping customers obtain the financing they need to purchase the vehicle of choice while completing the required documentation for each financing transaction.
- Achieve monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Contract new business, sell and close deals.
- Converts cash deals to finance.
- Train and provide the sales team including information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
- Update reports daily with the status of pending deals or contracts in transit.
- Review and communicate with lenders, managers and customers daily to make sure deals are processed within the same day to minimize delays in funding.
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
- Understand all factory incentives, rebates and sub-vented rates & qualification as well as collect all supporting documentation.
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Orders/acquires and prices new- and used-vehicle inventory.
- Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer credit, signatures, and securing payoff and insurance information.
