Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person, providing exceptional support and information on our products and services.
• Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
• Quote, collect, and enter orders and invoices for new or additional products or services, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.

Qualifications & Requirements:
