Full description of the position

We are a growing home remodeling construction company looking for a motivated individual to help grow and expand the business to new heights.

Employee will be given an office space and company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

- Sell home remodeling services for commissioned sale
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

- Obtain and distribute marketing material
- Canvas local areas and surrounding neighborhoods to our office location and several offsite jobsite locations to identify and target new customers.

- Coordinating with owner to Help manage jobs procured via your own sales and marketing means or connections made. Ordering materials, scheduling jobs and employees.

- Join and attend weekly business networking group and events
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other business sales
- Utilize Quickbooks and other software to compose and send estimates
- Provide support to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:

- Must have prior working or sales experience in the Home Remodeling / Construction field.

- General knowledge at a minimum of all things related to home remodeling
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop effective marketing strategies
- Familiarity with computer software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
