We are looking for a Staffing Sales Manager to join our staffing agency team to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our staffing services. Looking for an eager individual to gain new business. Must be willing to cold call and be hungry for every new business opportunity that is out there. Must have prior and recent Sales experience working for a staffing agency.

Position Title: Client Relation Manager

Physical Office Location: St. Charles, MO

Hours: Full week and as business requires by client or employer

Pay: Salary base starting at $62,400 with hourly and a monthly vehicle allowance check totaling to $72,000/year. Plus an aggressive commission structure based on hours being billed.

Total W2 should be easily at $100K after or within 1 year

Type: Full time exempt position with necessary flexibility and responsibility with required client onsite shared safety and management of associates

Overview:

This is a family business staffing agency with the main office in Nashville, IL

Currently filling positions for local clients for production, warehouse, and clerical positions.
