Sales 1 month trial that should eventually turn to permanent positions

Local Construction Co. owned and operated in Toledo

Hello, we are a local Construction Company that has been owned and operated out of Toledo for over four decades. The open position is for a 1 month paid performance-based trial that should eventually lead to permanent positions when our industry allows us to guarantee consistent work after we test our new ideas with this position! At least walk away with 1 month pay and good experience and friends for future networking and references.

Currently hiring up to four salespeople for August for the following three items, items 1-3 can be split up throughout each day, week or month!
1.) Answering inbound calls to filter and send to appropriate person or department.
2.) Making outbound calls based off lead list provided.
3.) Canvasing, drop our door hangers off to hang on the door handle and do not knock or bother homeowners unless the homeowner approaches us at the time of drop off, we then do present our door hanger/ flyer.

This position is for Full time or Part time with flexible schedule.
The pay is $15.00 per hour with bonus for each estimator appointment scheduled and each sale!
No health insurance or benefits at this time but would be available if turns into full time.

Preferred Skills:
·Previous experience in a sales role with experience in customer service, account management, or other related fields.
·Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
·Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Toledo, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
