Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of administrative and secretarial tasks to assist the sales executives.

Examples of Duties (includes but not limited to the following):
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member; respond to inquiries when needed
  • Greet visitors to the Sales & Marketing office.
  • Oversee Sales & Marketing collatoral: maintain inventory of kits & materials, organize storage areas, monitor inventory levels.
  • Maintain the Sales Conference Room calendar; Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies; arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  • Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or other programs.
  • Assist Sales Team and Leisure Team with site visits and fam tours
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of priciples and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
