Position Summary:

Manage sales and operations for the Residential counter aspect of the business for the assigned branch. This position is tasked with employee management, discipline, safety training, customer service, cost management, inventory control, new business development, staff development, asset management, strategy, technical support, training, and assisting our customers in growing their business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise, coach and mentor all Parts Sales Associates, Residential Inside Sales Support (when assigned), Warehouse and Operations Associates

· Manage parts store sales operations as well as warehouse/trucking operations, and all building related matters.

· Responsible for DOT compliance

· Responsible for analyzing reports and data to ensure business and sales performance is within guidelines and management expectations

· Promote sales of residential equipment, parts and supplies to Sigler dealer network and area HVAC contractors

· Work and interact with area Territory Managers and Inside Sales Support to grow existing customer accounts while helping acquire new ones

· Foster a safe working environment with goals of zero lost time and zero recordable incidents

· Provide training to each employee on workplace hazards applicable to the job and provide ongoing safety training on a regular basis

· And any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills, and time management skills

· Ability to respond effectively to daily issues and exhibit strong attention to details

· Leadership and coaching abilities

· Computer literate in Microsoft Office, experience with Sage and HVAC partners is preferred

· Ample knowledge of HVAC products

· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

· This position has been designated as a safety sensitive position

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent, but higher education is preferred

· 7+ years of experience in the HVAC and sales industry

Pay: $64,480.00 - $73,216.00 per year
