Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our windows and doors within the residential market across the Puget Sound area.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of residential windows and doors by identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to present to potential clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the deal closure.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
• Provide on-the-ground support for installation crew
• Respond to client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed sales targets (1.2M-2.0M)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the windows and doors industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of the residential construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field will be a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
