Pay: $42,000.00 salary base + commissions + bonuses every pay period

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• We require extensive knowledge in sales coaching/management
• Full time position, Tuesday – Saturday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the beauty field
• Ability to handle managerial functions
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
• Ability to achieve results through others
• Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on center’s trend and projection
• Understanding of market trends and activities
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
• Ability to evolve with changing environment
