U.S. Electrical Services, Inc is looking for a Sales Manager for its Southern region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Manager oversees the work of sales associates who employ techniques by phone, email and in person to market products and services to prospective customers.
  • Uses their sales background to guide team members in winning over customers and hitting their sales goals.
  • Manage and lead the Inside Sales team with the following: processing telephone orders by quoting product, prices, delivery specifications and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate.
  • Assists outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
  • Establishes and maintains customer relationships, communications with customers and co-workers to provide technical information and recommendations.
  • Contacting regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Participates and leads team in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge.
  • Provides follow-up for customer quotes and lost sales.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a sales capacity.
  • High school diploma with minimum 2 years related experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Eclipse or ERP software a plus
  • Able to prioritize work in multi-tasking environment
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, and follow up on commitments
  • Strong sales and customer service aptitude
