Now Hiring - Advertising Inside Sales Support Assistant in Lenoir City, TN

The News-Herald in Lenoir City, TN is seeking a highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-focused individual to assist our sales team. This role supports an assigned group of Multi Media Account Executives and the Advertising Director. Daily job responsibilities include but are not limited to ad order entry, ad design/processing/proofing/obtaining client approval, client/customer relations via phone & email, and creating/updating various digital records (such as premium position calendars & spreadsheets) and managing deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales support experience, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), and familiarity with marketing/advertising. Exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to work both independently but also as part of a fast-paced deadline/goal driven team are a must.
