We are currently seeking an outside route sales representative to help grow same branch sales for our Eastern Region of the Michigan’s Upper Peninsula location in Escanaba, MI.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Outside commercial sales & outside customer service.

- Work with customers, determine needs, field questions, enter and fill orders.

- New commercial business development.

- Friendly and efficient order delivery.

- Work as a team with inside branch manager to achieve branch sales goals.

- Answer phone calls, text messages and email in a timely manner.

- Tracking and notifying management for scheduled and required vehicle maintenance.

- Keeping vehicle clean and presentable.

- Rotate inventory, maintain customer displays/merchandising.

- Light assembly and installations.

- Perform branch opening/closing duties.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma and 4 years work experience in a sales field or equivalent years of post high school education and/or work experience.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Computer skills to easily adapt to order entry, order processing, electronic communications, product look up and quoting.

- Self starter, organized and excellent communicator.

- Must be able to work full time and Saturday’s.

- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
