Position Description:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for building strategic partnerships with other healthcare professionals. This position requires consistent contact with health care facilities, professionals, and Sandcastle partners in order to build and maintain relationships that earn referrals for the company.

Position Responsibilities:

· Call and visit health care facilities (ALFs, SNFs, CCRCs), physicians, rehab clinics and any other professional industry who comes into contact with seniors who could potentially benefit from Sandcastle Homecare in order to develop professional relationships throughout the industry which generates sales.

· Meets or exceeds established sales targets.

· Develops a marketing route for the Central Florida area, along with the Marketing team.

· Joins and attends area networking and chamber groups.

· Seeks, develops, and participates in marketing opportunities in the community.

· Establishes working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.

· Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

· Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving

· Presents well to clients and peers

· Demonstrates working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting

· Comfortable with closing/asking for business

· Exhibits outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community

· Excellent written and oral skills

· Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement

· Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and insurance

· Proficient with computers and MS Office programs

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Superior organization skills and detail oriented

· Previous Sales experience in the health care field, and preferably with an existing relationship with referral sources in the area.

· Ability to pass a Level II Background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
