Full description of the position
Sales and Business Development Manager
A Wealth Management Advisor (WMA) in Toledo, Ohio, is currently looking to add a Sales and Business Development Manager to the financial services team.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Maintain WMA’s calendar. Scheduling meetings with existing clients and prospective clients.
- Heading up marketing initiatives for prospective clients and existing clients.
- Creating prospecting lists targeting individuals in WMA’s market.
- Coordinating and implementing team growth initiatives.
- Coordinating client events from start to finish
- Identifying opportunities to improve to the client experience and establishing new processes so opportunities are successfully implemented.
- Maintain clean database system by properly coding and segmenting prospects, clients, etc and capturing pertinent information.
- Coordinating and implementing technology initiatives.
- Maintain a system based on priority and client status of new, ongoing, ad hoc and special tasks
- Participate in weekly and quarterly meetings with team to review client activity, team goals and growth/marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Superior interpersonal, problem solving and written/oral communication skills
- Excellent phoning manner
- Ability to multitask at a high level with above average organizational skills
- Avid social media user and/or knowledgeable on multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Time management skills with ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and hold self accountable
- Able to work with a team and take direction while also working self-sufficiently
- Professional appearance and approach
- Ability and willingness to obtain necessary licensing and registration
- Bachelor’s degree required and 1-3 years of relevant experience or more
Salary $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. Please submit a cover letter and resume through Indeed.
