Experience related to the position is preferred but entry-level is also welcomed. Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. REQUIREMENTS:
· Good communication/customer service/time management
· Availability to work on flexible schedule (weekend, holidays)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable to work in a team/interdepartmental environment
· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
JOB DESCRIPTION
FULL-TIME PASSENGER INSIDE SALES:
· Assists in sales team on daily coordination of execute strategic sales plans
· Essential responsibilities/duties in retain existing clients and increase overall EVA Air revenue
· Performs/Maintains market and account analysis and prepare market forecasts on assigned area of responsibility
· Organizes and coordinates public sales events and engage communication with clients.
· Participates internal budgeting, planning process and meeting material.
· Disseminates sales-related public information to branch office and travel agency
· Maintains account profile information, industry activities, sales activities daily in internal platform within established departmental policies and procedures
· Communicates effectively with other internal and external departments and other branch offices
· Promotes teamwork within sales team and provide professional service through daily communication and coordination with assigned travel agencies.
· Must be able to travel for business as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
FULL-TIME CARGO SALES:
- Grow and manage current customer base of existing sales clients
- Prospect & develop new sales business opportunities within assigned sales territory
- Work within the sales team to maximize revenue & profitability
- Meet sales threshold/quota as defined by the company
- Work closely with teams to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met
- Handle service issues and respond to customer quickly
- Analyze market information and follow up effectively
- Be responsible for accounting issues such as billing, receiving and payment discrepancy
