Bliss Lifestyle Boutique is hiring! Our contemporary women’s clothing and lifestyle boutique is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance the customer experience, meet sales goals, and manage staff effectively.

Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Create social media and assist with creative content
• Complete administrative tasks including computer data entry
• Ensure compliance with boutique policies and procedures
• Receive shipments and maintain inventory
• Maintain the aesthetic of the boutique
• Create personalized connections with customers that exceed expectations

Requirements

• Excellent Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great with time management
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
