Membership Sales Manager

DEZ Tactical Arms is looking for an experienced salesperson to lead our membership sales department. DEZ is a family owned and operated small business that strives to be connected with both our employees and customers.

Our mission at DEZ Indoor Shooting Range is to champion the second amendment in a space where individuals can safely engage in, become educated in, and enjoy the sport of shooting. Our team is driven by a passion for firearms and promoting safe ownership and personal responsibility through education, consistent practice and training.

The membership sales manager finds success through a steady pipeline of warm prospects. We provide a steady base salary for our membership sales manager, in addition to commission and opportunities for salary increases.

Membership Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the lead pipeline
• Set sales appointments daily via personable phone call/text outreach
• Tour potential members through the facility as part of the sales process
• Manage the membership life cycle from inception
• Manage account attrition and delinquencies
• Scheduling prospect appointments
• Convert prospects to members
• Manage membership accounts
• Maintain a positive membership culture
• Establish cross-marketing opportunities
• Market programs and promotions through social media and emails

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College Degree a plus

Experience Requirements:

• At least (2) years of successful sales management experience

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $35,000 per year
• Commission Pay

Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
