Full description of the position

Aspects of this position to include but not limited to:

- Answering phone & responding to incoming email:

o Pricing garments and promotional products, making recommendations

- Order Entry

o Entering Sales orders and quotes using FileMaker Pro/Excel/Word (We will train in Filemaker as needed – Candidate must be familiar with Word and Excel )

o Basic Math Skills a must

- Customer interaction at counter

o Handling order pick-ups & payments

o Working with customers at front desk. Putting together orders/recommendations

- Interacting with the Graphic Artist, Receiving/Shipping and production.

- Filing

- Maintain the list of garments in the display area.

As full time position – 40 hours/week

o Benefits available after 6 months of employment: Paid Time Off and Holiday time (averages 2 weeks per year), year end profit sharing.
Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 pm (1/2 hour lunch)

As part time time position – 32 hours/week (negotiable)

Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 8:30-5:00 pm (1/2 hour lunch) negotiable

Reliability in work and attendance is a must.

Salary – To be discussed at interview

Normal business hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM->5:00 PM

• Answer incoming customer inquiries

• Record customer information within our customer service database
