360care is the largest provider of ancillary services to long term care residents across the country. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative/Ancillary Benefits Advisor to join our tenured sales team that continues to grow each year. This Inside Sales division started 6 years ago, and in that 6 years, the average Sales Representative has worked for 360care 4+ years.

In this role you will:

- Establish meaningful relationships with key players in long term care facilities

- Make calls and educate family members and guardians about the benefits available to those residing in the long term care facilities and sell the insurance product.

- Meet monthly sales goals by maintaining weekly call quotas

- Make client satisfaction a priority with both the long term care facilities as well as the family members you work with.

- Portray professionalism in words and actions

- Use computer skills to work in the CRM that will provide you with the leads and contact information for your calls as well as record keeping of sales.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in any field or 2 years of inside sales experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and a problem solver

- Health Insurance License not necessary but helpful. We will pay for and help a qualified candidate get their license within the first 2 months of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
