We specialize in residential and commercial insurance-paid construction with a concentration on tile roof replacements in high-end communities. The average commission for a residential roof replacement is $7,500 -$10,000, and commercial, and HOA project commissions can be six figures. No previous construction experience is necessary. Handle all aspects of the deal or utilize our support team to assist with roof inspections. Contracts can be signed electronically, and most paperwork and point of contact requirements can be conducted remotely.

The sale is simple and appealing to homeowners. We build the Rolls Royce of tile roofs for the cost of the client's deductible and provide the best warranty in the business. We use a one-page contingency agreement, not an assignment of benefits (AOB), which makes it easy to get ink on paper.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, self-motivator, and hardworking and professional
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license and car insurance
Reliable transportation

Sales or serving experience preferred.

Construction or construction sales a plus as well.
