Somersworth Hyundai is currently hiring a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) here in Somersworth, NH!

The ideal candidate would be a self starter with a positive spirits and team oriented attitude!

You will act as the essential communications link between the customer and the dealership. In this position, we need you to be friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player. Job Responsibilities for our BDC Representative

• Provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings.
• Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Set appointments and meet specified monthly goals/targets.
• Work in close partnership with our sales consultants to provide quality leads.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.

Job Requirements for our BDC Representative:

• Driver's License: Required
• Call Center: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• US Work authorization

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
