Sales/Project Manager Assistant
Job description: The Sales Assistant is responsible for bid documentation, materials, bid monitoring and administrative assistance for each project. It closely interacts with the Sales Manager, Project Managers and customers to enhance the process and experience for Hobbs & Associates Inc.’s customers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
- Process and dispatch calls effectively and efficiently based on customers’ needs.
- Manage bid list process including downloading & maintaining bid documents.
- Manage and Maintain SalesXOS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Effectively communicate with team throughout bid process.
- Review and Maintain FACTS order entry and quoting tool
- Assist with tracking and managing customer project schedules.
- Manage, maintain and stock office equipment regularly.
- Manage and maintain all calendars.
Required education/experience:
- A minimum of one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical or six months to two years of experience and education. (Required)
- Experience with office equipment and Microsoft Office. (Required)
- Familiarity in the commercial construction market/HVAC Systems. (Preferred)

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
