Job Description:

As a Quebedeaux Buick GMC sales professional, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers who call, visit our dealership, or visit our office to discuss the purchase of a vehicle.

Responsibilities:
·Develop a strong understanding of Quebedeaux Buick GMC’s entire product portfolio, including vehicles, services, and packages.
·Identify customer needs and match products and services to those needs.
·Build relationships with customers, which include understanding their wants and needs, answering questions about our products and services, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
·Build relationships with your own team of new and existing customers to maintain relationships while increasing sales.
·Maintain current customer relationships through follow-up after the sale.
·Maintain a high level of service for customers in your territory.
·Travel within your territory to attend trade shows, industry events, and company events (company paid time off).
·Travel to other companies locations within your territory to attend trade shows and industry events.
·Travel to other companies locations within your territory to attend company events.
·Travel to other companies locations within your territory to promote in-person programs.
·Other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:
·High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred.
·Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
·Previous experience in building and managing customer relationships preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,263.00 - $72,471.00 per year
