MAIN FUNCTION:

Provide customer service to clients, including product qualification, price quotes, order entry and production planning to support backlog.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Two years related experience
• Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Prepare cost for product by working with Procurement and in Epicor, marking up cost accordingly and communicating to the customer
• Review customer PO’s for accuracy in pricing, terms, shipping instructions and enter in Epicor
• Determine product needs based on backlog and forecast
• Communicate needs to Procurement and approve the placement of PO’s
• Track components and request jobs once received
