The Company's human resources department is looking for Inside Sales/Customer Service

Summary:

The Sales Support position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • making outbound sales calls,
  • taking inbound sales calls,
  • conducting current customer quality assurance calls,
  • sending emails to prospective customers,
  • conducting internet research to generate leads.

Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to effectively manage and organize sales-related activities.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls: The Sales Support representative will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.

Take inbound sales calls: Handle incoming inquiries from prospective customers, provide product information, answer questions, and assist in the sales process.

Conduct current customer quality assurance calls: Regularly contact existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Send emails to prospective customers: Draft and send email campaigns to potential customers to generate interest, promote products/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Research and generate leads: Utilize online platforms, industry directories, and other sources to identify potential leads and prospects. Maintain a database of leads for follow-up and conversion into customers.

Maintain CRM system: Enter and update customer information, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Generate reports and provide insights from CRM data to support sales strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, coordinate sales activities, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Provide sales support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to handle sales calls professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Conditions:

  • Compensation: Base salary (to be discussed with successful candidates) + KPI + % based on completed deals.
  • Probationary period: Up to 1 month.
  • Working hours: 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
