Overview:
Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast

As a designer at Reborn, you will be meeting our customers in their homes. We provide warm appointments, confirmed in advance. All appointments are customers that call us from TV, social media, or see us at Costco

Responsibilities

• In-home consultations for our customers
• Running issued leads where and when they are set. (appointments preset by our call center)
• Must have the ability to close appointments on the initial visit
• Plan on acquiring a California Home Improvement Salesperson License during the first 90 days of employment. We will reimburse
• Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings
• Talking care of our customers!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in an outside sales role (preferred)
• Must be able to handle a high volume of driving (mileage reimbursement is provided)
• Previous experience in the following industries is a plus- construction sales, home remodeling sales, solar sales, roofing sales, kitchen sales, bathroom sales, or other in-home sales. (preferred)
• Technologically experienced in using an iPad
• Ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal
• Must be able to pass a background screening
• Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
• Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Full-time
