YOUR IMPACT
Your Program/Project Management (PM) and proposals experience coupled with your Control account Management (CAM)/Earned Value Management System (EVMS) background will positively impact our New Business efforts. By leading Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) efforts, you will be uniquely positioned to help shape the future of our site and team.
Beyond that, you may also find yourself:
  • Responsible for fostering collaboration internally and cross-functionally between Engineering, Subcontract-Management, Business Management, and Program Office
  • Monitoring and managing team technical and schedule performance; ensuring integration with overall program cost, schedule, and performance
  • Performing monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and providing insight to management

Basic Qualifications:
  • Previous program management, project management, project engineering, or project lead experience
  • Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs (Statement of Work Development)
  • Experience generating task statements and rationale to support proposal efforts (Basis of Estimate Development)
  • Experience with Control Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and tools
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering
  • Familiar with earned value management, and is accustomed to using EV tools to manage programs.
  • Ability to drive issues to resolution, which may involve direct interaction with Senior leadership within LM and the customer organizations.
  • Ideally a fast learner and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment that may periodically include short-turn-around assignments and willingness to attack issues that are outside of the individual's training or background.
  • Knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes from proposal (RFP, BOEs, negotiation) through delivery and DD250.
  • Strong communication skills, with a willingness to engage with technical and non-technical subject matter experts with all levels of organization.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
